Highschool Romance is a Visual Novel created by independent studio AJTilley. Hoshi and Shoji have Japanese-sounding names, while Selena and Lea have more What's actually affected is the girl in question's Relationship Values. But it seems that Rachel Berry is the one that needed the lessons most. During the episode "Laryngitis", Rachel is battling having her tonsils removed when she comes down with a cold.
Naturally, she assumes that the world is going to end and that nothing could be worse. While this does put things into perspective for Rachel, it is one of the most cringeworthy moments of the show. Following their graduation from high school, Rachel and Finn intend to get married. So instead of getting married, he puts her on a train to New York and does not follow her.
His intention was to "set her free" from him so she can pursue her dreams of stardom in New York. Want to know what would have been a better decision? Talking to each other like adults to determine what would have been best. Finn did not need to dramatically send her away-- they could have worked something out together.
Instead, they threw their relationship away and never recovered. In fact, it is possible that Finn is her first serious boyfriend.
This could be the explanation for why her attraction tactics are not very good. In an effort to attract Finn, Rachel is desperate to have him notice her over Quinn. In a scene which is often forgotten about, Rachel attempts to force herself to vomit in order to lose weight and appear more attractive to Finn.
Glee: 20 Things That Make No Sense About Finn And Rachel’s Relationship
Thankfully, Emma Pillsbury stops her and informs her of other ways to be noticed. Considering Rachel's status as a role model during the later seasons, this uncomfortable moment is likely something showrunners would like to forget.
While her fashion sense in high-school is described as being dressed by a "blind Sunday school teacher," it is a part of her personality. Her journey of personal growth is commendable, however it causes her to fully forget about her relationship with Finn. Her new style of dress gives her more confidence, but things go too far when she kisses Brody. Unfortunately, this would be the last time they are together. What makes this moment even more crushing is that Rachel did not even stay with him afterwards.
Before Finn wakes up, she sneaks out of the room quietly. However, it seems that all fans of the show wish that this was the moment they would have decided to stay together. Following the events of "I Do", Rachel is seen frantically calculating dates on a calendar before taking a pregnancy test.
While they are both consenting adults before getting together and the timeframe suggests that she was worried about it being Brody's child, she does not inform Finn. With their relationship in a state of fluctuation, a pregnancy would have caused a serious issue-- particularly if it was not his child.
While it is unlikely that the baby would have been his anyway, it is strange that he would not be aware what she was going through. A very strange thing about Finn and Rachel is that they each had a level of romance with a staff member of McKinley. Early on in the series, Rachel develops a crush on Will Schuester, and is infatuated with how he performs. This even gets to the point of them awkwardly singing a duet of "Endless Love" together. While the relationship does not for any further than that, it is very cringeworthy.
Somehow Puck and Shelby ended up together. Season three definitely was when Glee jumped the shark. No one ever mentioned the relationship again, and we were fine with that. The two broke up in season two. In season three, they almost got married. They broke up again in season four, but it appeared like they could get together again in the future. They were the endgame-- Ryan Murphy said that the final moments of the series would be about them.
But when Monteith passed, we lost someone truly special. They briefly dated throughout the fourth season. Yet, Adam did not have an interesting personality.
He and Kurt definitely had a lot more chemistry. Santana and Brittany were best friends and, as it turns out, occasional friends with benefits.
In season two, Santana realized that she was a lesbian and loved Brittany. The two got back together in season three but broke up again when they both realized that they wanted different things. Eventually, Santana and Brittany reunited and stayed together until they were married. Rivera and Morris had a lovely amount of chemistry together over the series. Brittany and Santana definitely seemed like a couple that would end up together one day.
Highschool Romance (Visual Novel) - TV Tropes
The handsome and ambitious Brody and Rachel struck up a flirtation which blossomed into a relationship. Then things got uncomfortable. They moved too fast when Brody moved in with Rachel and Kurt. The pair just never fit right together. Geyer had insane chemistry with Kate Hudson, but he and Michele just never quite clicked.
Even though it largely accomplished that, some of the members of New Directions 3. Spencer Porter Marshall Williamsthe openly gay jock, definitely had a lot of cockiness and a brusque personality. Still, watching him swoon over a boy he likes was totally adorable.
Spencer freely going after his crush definitely signaled a change. They did, however, have a relationship.
The whole thing was a terrible situation for all involved. Unique felt like she had no other way to be her authentic self and Ryder ended up hurt for it.

Due to tradition, however, the group did not accept her. During the course of the season, Mason and Jane had a sweet little flirtation going on. In the series finale, Jane and Mason were quite cozy with each other. Ultimately, they were a non-entity. The impact they had on the show was minimal at best-- it just felt like filler. James With the tragic passing of Cory Monteith, the ending of Glee needed some rewriting. Jonathan Groff and Lea Michele always had excellent chemistry together, even way back in season one.
As both of their characters hit the highs and lows of their careers, they always seemed to find each other time and again. Even though Groff could only be in two episodes in the sixth season, the chemistry was there.
